Heatmap — vertical

Row height, cell width and centring for the vertical scanner.

These only matter in the vertical scanner on a standalone Matrix tab.

Row height defaults to 14 CSS pixels, Cell width to 16. Center matrix when it fits (on) centres the block when it is narrower than the pane; off pins it left like Legacy.

Aggregate bars and percent rows for oversold and overbought bands.

Oversold and overbought thresholds that colour cells and feed Σ bands.
