CMO

How much recent closes rose compared with how much they fell.

The CMO (Chande Momentum Oscillator) compares the size of up-moves with the size of down-moves over the lookback. It is its own pane. 100 means every change was up, −100 means every change was down.

Default length is 9. Dashed levels sit at −50 and 50. A flat market shows 0.

Above zero the gains in the window outweigh the losses. Crossing zero or a level is a common read, not a signal by itself.

How much the close has changed over the lookback, in four scales.

MFI

How much volume arrived on rising bars compared with falling bars.
