Dragonfly Doji
A doji with a long lower wick and almost no upper wick.
Open and close meet near the high. The range is almost all lower wick. Opposite of Gravestone Doji. Knowable on that candle’s close. An event — no end.
Settings
Maximum body and Maximum opposite wick are fractions of the bar’s range
(defaults 0.05 and 0.15).
Those two already fix the shape: a body of at most 5 % and an upper wick of at
most 15 % leave the lower wick at least 80 % of the range. There used to be a
Minimum wick slider here as well, topping out at 0.7 — below what the
other two enforce anyway, so no setting of it ever changed a thing. A number you
can move without moving anything is worse than no number, so it is gone.
0.05 is the same number Doji uses: whatever counts
as a dragonfly doji here counts as a doji too.
