MFI

How much volume arrived on rising bars compared with falling bars.

The MFI (Money Flow Index) weighs price movement by volume. It is its own pane under the candles, on a scale from 0 to 100.

Default length is 14. Dashed levels sit at 20 and 80. A market that did not move shows 50.

A high reading means more volume came in while the typical price was rising than while it was falling. Crossing a level is a common read, not a signal by itself.

Settings: gear on the pane bar — see Indicators.
