SAR
Parabolic stop and reverse — a trailing stop on the price scale.
The SAR (parabolic stop and reverse) is a trailing stop. In a rising market the dots sit under the lows; in a falling market they sit above the highs. When price trades through a dot, the stop flips to the other side.
Defaults are 0.02 start, 0.02 step and 0.2 maximum, the same for up and down. Raise the step and the stop hugs price more tightly. You can give the downtrend its own numbers. Colour is automatic unless you pick one in settings.
A flip is a change of the trailing stop, not a signal by itself.
