Stochastic
Slow Stochastic — where the close sits in the recent high–low range.
Stochastic shows where the close sits inside the recent high–low range, then smooths that raw reading into %K and a further-smoothed %D. Defaults are 14 / 3 / 3 (classic slow stochastic). Two lines on a 0…100 scale with dashed levels at 20 and 80.
Readings near 100 mean the close is at the top of the range; near 0 at the bottom. A completely flat market shows 50.
